ALSO i finally met my online friend, e.l.k. of the beautiful and poetic photographs, cards, and collages. she and her husband were so kind as to come to the cafe to see my work on display. she created a beautiful post about it on her photo blog. thank you elaine!
AND, in an unrelated trade, i RECEIVED this wonderful “n2theblue” collage from cory, in exchange for three of my blackbird “rebel cards.” I LOVE MAIL!

Well, as I’ve told you, I just love it!!! You have a great picture in your post of the art weave-but it still doesn’t convey the beautiful autumn colors, the patterns within the woven papers and the beautiful leaf in the center of it. What a wonderful wall hanging- so delicate- and a beautiful testament to the wonderful trust and souls of artists in blogland. Just want you to know how much I appreciate all of your craftsmanship and talent in making it. So many many thanks again!!! Jill
